About.
My name is Kareena, and I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor.
At the heart of my practice is a desire to help people better understand themselves, make sense of their experiences, and feel more connected to their lives. I believe therapy offers a space to pause and explore the patterns, relationships and stories that shape who we are.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a professional circus performer and later transitioned into counselling after the birth of my two children. This career change, alongside my own life experiences, gave me a deep understanding of the many roles we play and the importance of growth and reinvention throughout our lives.
I offer both online and in-person sessions from my practice in Bondi Junction, Sydney. I work with people from all backgrounds, with a particular interest in supporting those working in the entertainment industry.
I hold a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. I am a clinically registered member of PACFA and remain committed to ongoing professional development and supervision.
I proudly live and work on the unceded lands of the Bidjigal and Gadigal Peoples of the Eora Nation.
